Xiao Pan, Senior Director of mRNA Department. Dr. Pan received his Ph.D. from the Department of Bioengineering, Wageningen University, the Netherlands. In 2017, he worked as the technical director of the upstream cell line development department and process development department at FujiFilm Diosynth Biotechnology Company in the UK. In 2018, he joined GenScript and was responsible for the biologics process development, and led the CMC work of more than 20 IND projects. Since 2020, he established ProBio mRNA platform and accomplished several IND filings.
